Class 4's blog
At The Meadows, we endeavour to provide our pupils with a broad and balanced PE curriculum. As part of this, we have been finding opportunities to promote alternative sports. We have done this over the past few years through after school clubs such as: Fencing, Zumba, Boxercise and Lacrosse.
Furthermore, we provided opportunities to engage in alternative sports when pupils in KS2 attend residentials such as: Standon Bowers and Kingswood. Here they are able to try: caving, climbing, BMX, archery, high ropes course, kayaking, rafting etc.
